If I could rate 0 starts, I would These folks are CROOKS!. They do NOT check the car before making of the "CRITICAL" recommendations of service. All their recommendations are based on dates of service, not the actual needs of your car. They have no shame to make critical recommendations valued at over $2,000, without actually looking underneath the hood and the actual car needs .Do NOT trust them! More so, when I asked the technician for explanations, they get defensive and take no responsibility for their recommendations.
The service department at Ray Catena INFINITI is fantastic. They are courteous, communicate very well and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. I will definitely use them again for all my QX 60 service needs.

When i leased my QX60 I was given a 4 YEAR 38K MAINTENANCE INCLUDED. When my car was picked up and brought in for periodic service, my rep Casper called me and insisted that my maintenance had come to an end in March 2023. I have paperwork that shows otherwise. Also there is no reason why a car with less than 20k miles should need all new breaks. I will not be coming back to INFINITI after this lease is up. Terrible
Compared to other INFINITI dealers, Ray Catena of Bridgewater provides great, fast service. We’re always disappointed at work done by other INFINITI dealers but we’re always satisfied with work done at Ray Catena

There was some confusion regarding the amount of time the service I needed would take when I made the appointment. When I arrived, it was pointed out that it would take about twice as long as originally indicated. Guido Chaves said he would do his best to try to get the service expedited. And, he did. The service performed on my Q50 Tuesday June 14, 2023 was exceptional, the process was seamless, stress free and performed to my expectation. The Bridgewater location is new to me, but this was my 6th INFINITI from the Edison location. The dealership is always helpful and courteous from the front desk to the service department. However, the salesman, Grigory Rozenfeld, is one of the best and has been the only salesman I’ve dealt with from the beginning. He answers your questions honestly and doesn’t try to talk you into something you’re not prepared to do/buy. Much appreciated during a time when most things are stressful.
